Job Overview
We are seeking a Manager to support one of T-Mobile’s high profile naming rights properties, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Sponsorship. The individual should be knowledgeable in Sponsorship strategy and have a passion for creating impactful brand experiences through partnerships to engage consumers, knowledge in partnership strategy development, strong planning and logistical skills. The role will also support the Sr. Manager across all department activities including strategic planning and development; execution, and measurement of sponsorship efforts in support of T-Mobile’s brand and business strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary liaison and manager of naming rights property including – partnership management, asset allocation, branding implementation, activation planning, and implementation of contract benefits
  • Provide subject matter expertise of assigned naming rights property, including directional data and insights about local capabilities and key business initiatives, to inform activation planning and briefs.
  • In collaboration with team lead for 5G activation, lead consumer and B2B venue innovation and technology solutions ideation, planning and implementation efforts for venue
  • Lead and own regular cadence of status calls and in person meetings across venue and agency partners.
  • Lead internal integrated marketing and cross-functional channel planning ensuring that sponsorship assets and IP rights are being executed and maximized. Coordinate with internal partners (e.g., engineering, employee comms, DE&I) on engagement opportunities with the naming rights partner
  • Support Manager in overseeing, forecasting and reconciliation of property budget for annual programming and operational efforts
  • Develop and maintain a forward-looking view of property. Communicate trends, incremental benefits, areas of opportunity and ways to enhance partnership
  • Support hospitality assets (e.g., tickets, VIP experiences) planning, usage strategy and related communications
  • Own recaps and reporting for all assigned sponsorship properties and programs.
  • Collaborate with other Sponsorship team members to support on-site programming and brand amplification of tentpoles as applicable
  • Support additional regional sponsorship properties as assigned.

Work Experience

  • Must be based out of T-Mobile headquarters in Bellevue, WA
  • Minimum 5 years sports, sponsorship, entertainment and/or naming rights management experience preferred
  • Brand side sponsorship experience ideal
  • Strong team leadership, planning and operational experience with the ability to flex between all easily
  • Ability to navigate and deliver results in complex, highly matrixed organizations
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex initiatives

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (Required)

Washington Pay Range : $103,900.00 – $140,600.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
