Job Summary
As a Product Marketing Manager with Identiv, you will lead the Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) go-to-market strategy and be the liaison between Product Management and Marketing. This position requires tight interaction with cross-functional product based teams across geographic boundaries. Success in this role requires being highly technical and will lean more into the Product Management Space as opposed to a standard Marketing Manager role. This role requires strong technical skills, strong analytic skills, the ability to identify key market dynamics that impact the business and a mindset that embraces change in a fast-paced and ambitious team environment.
You should be an expert at managing cutsheets, GTM programs, & Product Launch Documents to apply.
Experience within the PACS industry is highly desired.
Duties included, but are not limited to, the following
- Lead the PACS go-to-market strategy to ensure all marketing programs are successful
- Collaborate with sales, operations, R&D and product development teams
- Work alongside the Product Management team to create all needed collateral (cut sheets, user manuals, presentations)
- Assisting the Product Managment in product launches and marketing assets for their product(s) – campaigns, sales enablement plans, etc.
- Work with Product Managment team on relationship building with 3rd party vendors
- Seeking out new activations for speaking sessions, product placement
- Lead internal Tech Talks
- Use analytical skills, the ability to identify key market dynamics
Requirements
- 2+ years of Technical Product Marketing or Product Management experience (within Access Control/PACS/or a like security product is highly desired)
- Extensive experience managing cutsheets, GTM programs, & Product Launch Documents for a highly technical product
- Able to convince and lead people internally (positive impact on the organization, ability to get buy-in)
- Demonstrated ability to translate marketing data into actionable insights
- Experience using marketing automation tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to build industry relationships
- Able to convert highly technical value propositions into a compelling customer story
- Project management experience
- New product introduction experience
- New Product Launch experience toward a targeted segment
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (Master’s Preferred)

At Identiv, we believe in the importance of pay equity. Your base salary is an important part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your salary/compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.
In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is between $85,000 – 110,000 annually.
