Job Summary

We are Juice Media.IO, formerly TWO NIL and now an Altice USA company. JuiceMedia is looking for an accomplished and data-driven experienced Product Marketing leader to build out a Product Marketing function within JuiceMedia to support the development of product positioning, messaging, and packaging strategies for our growing agency media & measurement solutions.

As a driver and first employee of our Product Marketing function at JuiceMedia, you will have the opportunity to help guide the product roadmap, our innovative go-to-market strategies, sales enablement efforts, and client-facing tactics by working cross organizationally with key stakeholders from Product, Client Strategy, Marketing, Creative & Sales/Account Management. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of both new products we take to market and existing products we continue to enhance. This is an individual contributor role at first, with the hiring of a small team in the future. You will report directly to the CPO (Chief Product Officer).

Responsibilities
• Define the value proposition, differentiation, and messaging strategies for existing and new product features.
• Develop and enhance product packaging, sales materials, and rollout plans for new and existing products.
• Create compelling sales and marketing materials while helping scale a scalable process for RFI/RFP responses.
• Regularly conduct market research to help define JuiceMedia’s differentiation in the marketplace and develop recommendations for new product/solution growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain competitive intelligence and positioning on how we win in the market.
• Guide the prioritization and development of client case studies to tangibly communicate the platform/product benefits to our growing client base.
• Successfully roll out and train the sales team on new offerings and feature enhancements.
• Serve as an internal advocate for our client/platform user needs through continued awareness of our products, upcoming feature enhancements and how they address key client pain points.
• A passion for learning new products and industries-unafraid to dive into the nitty gritty technical details.
• A strong writer, meaning you avoid enterprise jargon, and write with the customer in mind .
• Data-driven and experimental in how you approach and measure your work.
• Bonus: Experience leading incubating products and other areas of marketing.

Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within in AdTech, a DSP/DMP or Enterprise product marketing role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Product, Technology, Marketing or Business Administration
• Highly collaborative: you have a deep passion for building something new while working alongside multiple key stakeholders
• Excellent communication, marketing, and writing skills
• Excellent communicator with extremely high attention to detail
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets and Powerpoint / Google Docs knowledge
• Experience in managing simultaneous complex projects from inception to successful completion
• Experience and ability in effectively driving product positioning and messaging
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $133,886.00 – $214,218.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
