PLM, Staff (MSP/ Network as a Service)

Juniper is seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual to drive product strategy, roadmap planning and product execution with an emphasis on “As-a-service” offerings across the AI driven enterprise stack spanning wireless, wired and wan. This individual will be part of Juniper’s AIDE (AI Driven Enterprise) Product Management organization, with key responsibility for establishing and driving the ” As-a-service” product & GTM roadmap for the solutions being offered. The successful candidate should have proven experience in SaaS offerings, Managed services provider experience (either working with an MSP or for an MSP) targeting the enterprise networking arena, and showcased strong execution in delivering ” As-a-service” business models for product and services.

Responsibilities:
Senior Product manager working with engineering, sales & marketing, business operations, partners and service providers to create an automated & programmatic framework for “As-a-service” offerings that can bundle various product offerings- hardware, software and services into a simple subscription model that can integrate with partner GTM workflows seamlessly. The candidate should have strong relationship building and communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence internal stakeholders as well as external customers and partner audiences. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise with SaaS for enterprise networking solutions including WLAN, LAN and/or WAN, with a focus on automation with CPQ systems ( eg. Sales Force). Essential responsibilities include:

  • Drive & execute on creating a framework for “As-a-Service” offerings for Enterprise networking – defining and defining product and driving GTM strategy.
  • Work with our customers, partners and service providers and build innovative and measurable usage models for the service offering.
  • Create innovative pricing models with segmented offerings for the “As-a-service” enterprise portfolio.
  • Perform market and competitive assessment on current and emerging solutions in the enterprise networking ” As-as-service” space
  • Work in close partnership with sales and marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and plans to bring solutions to market

Minimum Qualifications:
This role requires the skills to build and drive an innovative solution delivering an “As-a-service” offerings for Enterprise customers globally via partners/service providers. Qualifications include:

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science/Engineering followed by an MBA (required)
  • 3-5 or more years of experience in product management in enterprise networking including WLAN/LAN/WAN with focus on SaaS offerings
  • 2-3 years of experience in working with Partners/Service providers as a channel for enterprise customers, with familiarity in business workflows from SKU creation to end customer fulfillment and activation.
  • Experience with CPQ (configure, price, quote) systems such as Sales Force
  • Proven track record of building strong partner & customer relationships and working with teams to deliver products that require cross functional collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Salary: $159,200.00

Maximum Salary:$228,850.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $159,200.00 and $228,850.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
