WebXT Platform is looking for Product Manager ll to join our audits and compliance team to help manage our external audit program across our division. WebXT delivers compliant offerings into the Office 365 and Azure compliance boundary, as well as managing its own compliance program for Microsoft Advertising. The Engineering Services team ensures that customer trust is more than a promise, it is externally verifiable through industry recognized standards and frameworks – become a part of this ongoing journey!
Working as part of our audit program, and in partnership with engineering, you will be performing readiness evaluations over the following compliance certifications SOX ( Sarbanes-Oxley) , SOC1/2 ( System and Organization Controls 1/2) , FedRAMP (Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program) and Media Rating Council frameworks and executing against providing audit deliverables for these certifications. In addition, the EU ( European Union Regulations) has introduced new regulation that Bing Search must be compliant with – the Digital Services Act. You will be involved in supporting ongoing audits and compliance work for this.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience as an audit or compliance professional.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience understanding of various audit and compliance frameworks, particularly SOC1, SOC2 and SOX
- Familiarity with EU regulations and audit programs for Digital Markets Act and Digital Services Act.
- Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in understanding of industry standards for IT general controls and audit methodology.
Product Management IC3 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 – $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 – $198,600 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Perform audit readiness activities across in-scope engineering teams and help optimize successful audit outcomes.
- Serve as liaison between engineering and external auditors.
- Perform periodic monitoring to identify potential audit risks related to access and change management.
- Assist with driving the adoption of new controls as needed due to issue resolution or changes in policy/technology.
- Assist in compliance-related project management duties related to either improving existing controls or remediating control weaknesses/gaps.
- Drive iterative improvements to engineering processes and tools.
- Partner across the division to help drive adoption of tools and processes to maintain compliance for the above audit frameworks and serving as an intermediary between engineering and external auditors.
