Responsibilities

  • Product management ownership of TouchPoint Manager
  • Lead product management responsibilities and activities related to Field Services and Call Centers, including solutions for Predictive Maintenance, Asset Management and Telemetry capabilities
  • Assist and support execution of product roadmap strategic initiatives for the Clerk Operated Terminal portfolio
  • Product management support of operations and coordination of internal Lottery System demo systems
  • Assist in evaluating industry, retail market, technological trends, business opportunities and competitive intelligence to help determine product strategy and develop roadmaps.
  • Document business requirements in IGT JIRA System to manage and track documented requirements for agreed and approved deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Technology on the overall solution approach and to ensure all software is being built to the agreed upon scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage communication of product releases to external and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in trade shows, demos, customer meetings, and conferences to evangelize products.
  • Take part in the creation and evolution of sales and marketing collateral and business proposals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following fields: IGT Lottery Solutions, Product management for POS products/solutions, Lottery retail solution product management, Retail POS operations and technology
  • High level of business maturity to manage customer relationships and represent the company in customer discussions.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and persuasive skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel to customer and prospect sites, as well as trade shows.
  • BS/BA degree in related field.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $67,200 – $164,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
