What you will do:
As a Product Management Intern, your responsibilities will include conducting small group sessions with business application users to gather valuable feedback, helping us better support our applications. You will also document detailed requirements for requested application features from business users, ensuring their needs are effectively communicated to the development teams. You’ll assist in organizing and prioritizing the backlog of work for our delivery teams, contributing to streamlined development processes. Additionally, you’ll create knowledge-based articles for new features, providing support teams with the resources they need to assist users effectively.
What you need to be successful:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in product, marketing or software development with a graduation date in 2024 or 2025.
- Experience collecting and documenting user requirements for applications or products in general.
What will set you apart:
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Product Management methodology
