Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

$59,600.00 – $98,300.00

What Is the Opportunity?

As a Product Analyst, you will help support the execution and delivery of new and enhanced countrywide products and services, and customer innovations for your assigned area of business. You will be part of a team that analyzes competitor offerings, marketplace dynamics, and countrywide product line performance to develop product strategies that tie to business goals and objectives. You will partner across the enterprise to ensure adherence to business goals throughout the product development and implementation lifecycle.

What Will You Do?

  • Develop, analyze, and execute initiatives using problem-solving and analytical skills to achieve business goals for the assigned market or product line.
  • Assist in the monitoring and analysis of the performance of an assigned market or product line.
  • Create presentation content to summarize data and provide recommendations for product enhancements.
  • Learn the project delivery life cycle and develop a working knowledge of agile execution in partnership with Platform and IT teams.
  • Research and respond to product inquiries, including questions related to rates, product features and underwriting guidelines
  • Build expertise in assigned market areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • One year of work experience.
  • Developing knowledge of Personal Lines underwriting, pricing, filing, coverage, systems, and compliance.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and exhibit creation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and follow through to ensure timely completion.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to identify needs and implement actions to effectively address them.
  • Strong organization skills with an interest in project management.

What is a Must Have?

  • Bachelor’s degree and six months of work experience in a business environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
