Principal Product Manager – Tech, Delivery Experience

We are hiring a Principal Product Manager – Tech to lead the Location Aware CX and ML (LLM included) powered delivery experience innovation in DEX Intelligent Platform. As the Product leader, you will drive the definition of the tech products, bringing teams from across the organization and around the globe together to define, build, and deliver on the programs’ vision, improve our store experience for customers, and drive resounding business impact.

Key job responsibilities

– Craft and propel the strategy, roadmap, and business plan.

– Champion customer needs passionately; articulate these needs, harness internal expertise, conduct external market research, and prioritize requirements.

– Ignite team enthusiasm with your product vision, collaborating across departments to bring this vision into reality.

– Compile requirements documents, delineate use cases and customer experiences (CX), and oversee the business metrics and KPIs for your products and services.

– Anticipate and mitigate any obstacles to the team’s strategic, financial, and technical objectives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Bachelor’s degree

– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

– Experience technical product management

– Experience interpreting and communicating analytics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements

– Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
