We are looking for a Principal Product Manager- Tech to join us on our journey to make it drastically easier for customers to find, choose, afford, and engage with the services, products, and professionals they need to get and stay healthy!
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager- Tech with business and technical experience to own first generation customer-facing products. As a product owner, you will have end-to-end ownership of the customer experience, from defining the product vision through building and launching the product in partnership with front-end and back-end technical teams. In this role, you will work with a team of engineers, designers, product managers, marketers, and technical program managers to execute on your vision.

You have a track record of managing large cross-functional products and are comfortable working with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– 8+ years of end to end product delivery experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Strong written and oral communication skill and experience presenting to senior Leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
– Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
– Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
– Master’s degree or equivalent experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
