Performs general administrative and secretarial duties. Oversees clerical functions of the department.

Job Responsibility

  • Assists clerical staff in the performance of diversified administrative and secretarial duties.
  • Responds to and resolves patient questions and issues, as needed; schedules and confirms patient appointments.
  • Prepares and maintain various statistical data.
  • Performs various patient billing, collection, and third party reimbursement functions.
  • Collects, records and receipts outstanding money.
  • Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.
  • Hybrid, position of onsite and remote work, however, onsite only during training/probation.

Job Qualification

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
