An individual contributor role accountable for the alignment, execution and evolution of the portfolio enablement of our GTM teams

Leads and influences collaboratively and cross functionally with cross functional business teams, product management, and marketing

Provides global impact and relevance across our entire go-to-market strategy
The Ownership
This individual will:

  • Lead, orchestrate, architect & implement the enablement plan of record for the Cloud Ready Data Center Portfolio including:
  • Launches
  • Acquisitions
  • Portfolio Technology & Solutions including foundations, storytelling & consultation
  • Product Insights & Relevance
  • Advise fellow team members on our Onboarding Programs and Sales Playbook Development & Execution.
  • Be responsible for the collaborator alignment, governance, and prioritization for all enablement activity.
  • Co-own the management and execution of the tools, platforms and processes to bring your programs to the field.
  • Collaborate with the channel enablement lead and partner solution managers to ensure the partner community is able to use your programs, where needed

The Day to Day

  • Work cross-functionally with the GTM teams, as well as key enablement contacts to align the priorities to segment and regional needs
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional business teams (XBT’s) and marketing to prioritize and align their efforts to overall field execution plan
  • Define, schedule, prioritize, curate and deliver a quarterly calendar of ongoing enablement activities
  • Partner with juniper university education services, product management, technical marketing engineers, field subject matter experts and others to develop the content vital for the overall program
  • Ensure that all operational aspects of our roadmap programs are in place and working including scheduling, assignment, platform access, and webinar execution.
  • Ensure the right level of portfolio focus, content, and execution elements for rev up & ramp up are current, relevant, and outstanding.
  • ensure the user experience of content and program delivery is best in class.
  • Assesses overall enablement effectiveness and provides the business the insight and visibility of goals and outcomes.

Who are you
Your Experience

  • Passion for helping others succeed!
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in the technology industry as a Seller (Sales or Technical)
  • 3 years of proven experience in Cloud & Data Center Technologies, Automation, Service Provider, and/or the Enterprise Segment
  • 3+ years of demonstrated ability with Data Center Architectures, L2 Switching, VLANs, Security, Protocol Independent Routing, DC Routing Protocols, High Availability
  • Experience & Passion for Storytelling and translating Product/Technology information into effective and relevant sales and sales engineering content
  • Experience in effective cross-functional marketing, channel, and sales relationship management
  • Familiarity with Software and Automation
  • Familiarity with enablement and/or in enablement organizations with a focus on enabling/empowering go-to-market organizations

  • Ability and willingness to travel less than 25% (once travel is safe to resume)

Minimum Salary: $142,500.00

Maximum Salary:$218,500.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $142,500.00 and $218,500.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
