We are looking for a highly creative and analytical Sr. Product Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for planning, consolidating and expanding X-Org Speed Marketing & CX product initiatives. This includes owning speed marketing cx roadmaps, across both Website (Onsite) and Offsite marketing channels and increase NA Same-Day (Speed) Program Discovery, Engagement, Adoption and Retention.
In this role, you will be responsible to Same-Day Storefront content marketing and merchandising strategy, running experimenting to optimize Same-Day Storefront category pages and inform Product CX features (e.g. Storefront widgets, Navigation, UX, P13N, etc), liaising closely and influencing multiple product and tech teams to drive the Same-Day storefront North Star vision.
This role requires the candidate to be adept with merchandising, have experience in building (Retail/Gift Finder/Fresh) storefront, propose scalable and automated marketing/merchandising capabilities, lead experiments and strategies to optimize traffic landing on the Same-Day storefront/Speed event pages and identify/strengthen Speed Customer trends and report business results to Senior leadership.
This is a high visibility role, and we are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in merchandising/retail marketing, managing cross-channel stakeholders, proficiency in written and verbal communication with Sr Leadership (L7+) and the ability to influence, organize, engage and partner with UX, Tech and Product Leaders.
Same-Day Delivery is a one of the biggest strategic priority for the profitable operations of WW Amazon Stores, and has a lot of leadership focus. An ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working in a highly ambiguous environment, is curious to figure things out and build capabilities, shows High Bias for Action to find ways to get things done and uses data and customer focused judgement to back up recommendations.

Key job responsibilities
1. Own end to end Same-Day Storefront content strategy (amazon.com/samedaystore) for different customer states and use cases
2. Drive/Execute Same-Day storefront Marketing and merchandising roadmap, in partnership with Speed Marketing Leads, tech and product teams
3. Own marketing cx experiments, BRDs to develop automated and scalable marketing-cx features
4. Work with UX teams to continuously improve customer experience on the storefront/upcoming Speed Marketing landing pages
5. Partner with NASM, TMT, WWE, Prime Marketing, Product and Tech Leaders to build Speed Marketing CX OP1/OP2/North Star documents
6. Own end to end Storefront Performance reporting and present recommendations/insights in Business Review (WBR/MBR/QBR)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
– Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
– Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $87,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market.
