Description
Asphalt Green, Upper East Side, is looking to hire warm and outgoing certified Mat Pilates Instructors with the ability to connect with diverse class participants. Qualified candidates must be available to teach at 9AM on Wednesdays.
Instructors are expected to:
- Have experience teaching Mat Pilatesin a group setting.
- Have experience integrating rings and ballsin a group class setting.
- Have a good movement toolbelt. Instructors should be able to spot movement flaws quickly and correct participants within 1-2 cues.
- Have experience (or be comfortable) being mic’d up.
- Ability to lift and move class equipment.
- Ability to bend, balance, and perform upper and lower body poses.

Our group exercise instructors have a pay rate of $50 per hour. Qualified candidates will have a current recognized Pilates Mat certification. All candidates must have a valid CPR certification. We offer competitive rates and a positive welcoming work environment.
Qualifications
Group Exercise or Personal Training certification is required as well as a current CPR certification.
