Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for Pega SSA/ SCRUM MASTER with 10 to 13 years’ experience for a project ramp up.
Job Description and Qualifications include: (This is a hands-on development role)
Ø Required /Experience
o 10 to 13 yrs.
o 8+ Years of experience with understanding of Agile & Safe
o Candidate should be Pega Certified Senior System Architect with 6+ years of experience in Pega version 7/8 (Lead/Senior Developer).
o Technical Skills- PEGA CX-Scrum Master
o Candidate must understand the business behind the application and use Pega skills to solve issues and implement solutions as per the best practices.
o Candidate must work closely with case processing group and understand the issues perform root cause analysis and provide fixes.
o Collaboration with business users is critical for this role.
Ø Nice to have skills:
o Agile PLM Portfolio & Project mgmt. (PPM) Delivery Management
o Experience managing end-to-end projects / programs.
o Good understanding of the role of RTE (experience as Release Train Engineer)
o Experience is playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles practices and theory.
o Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories Continuous Integration Continuous Testing Pairing Automated Testing Agile Games.
o
Ø Education and Additional Skills
o Computer Science Degree or equivalent college education
o Should have experience with working in large development projects.
o Should have the ability coordinate across multiple teams.
o Be nimble in handling and delivering fast moving projects with very minimal supervision.
o Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
The annual salary for this position is between [$89,000 – $141,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
