Beacon Digital Marketing (BDM) is looking for someone who thrives in flexible environments, can work remotely to manage projects and deliverables, and is interested in a strong team committed to delivering outstanding services to our clients.
Our clients are primarily sophisticated B2B companies offering complex services and products to senior leaders in enterprise companies, including cyber security, fintech, professional services, and other SaaS solutions. Therefore our team members must be comfortable interacting with C-level executives and speaking and writing to an educated corporate buyer.
This is a full-time position with working hours of 9am-6pm EST, but may require occasional nights and weekends for specific clients. There is significant room for professional growth in this role over the next two to three years.
Beacon Digital Marketing is looking for a full-time Paid Media Analyst to be part of a fun, fast-paced, and growing B2B digital marketing agency in the Hudson Valley. This role is part of our Paid Media team, which helps strategize, execute, optimize and analyze paid ad campaigns across our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for optimizing budgets, creative and audiences to improve ad performance across multiple Clients and ad platforms.
- Work directly with Senior Paid Media Managers to identify potential areas of growth and improvement for each assigned campaign.
- Hands on keyboard management of various ad platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, META and Reddit.
- Provide insightful direction on monthly and weekly reports that help improve campaign performance.
- Provide data driven insights Complete monthly reporting and weekly in-depth analysis of paid media for assigned clients.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising and paid media related industries, preferably in an agency setting.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of the interworking of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook/IG, Twitter and Reddit) and search networks (Google Ads & BING).
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong desire to expand their knowledge around paid media.
- An interest in a career trajectory in paid advertising.
