Position Summary:
SAP FICO Intern will assist the FICO team in organizing FICO related helpdesk tickets. Additionally, the intern will help the team in analyzing FICO tables that need cleanup. Also the person in this role will assist in documentation of FICO related business processes as well as assist in some ongoing project related tasks.
Essential Job Functions:
- Work with FICO team in analyzing FICO tables that need cleanup and updates. This will require usage of excel and lookup function
- Inclined to learn new technology
- Document business and IT processes
- Utilize and maintain helpdesk ticketing system
- Assists in creating technical documentation and manuals
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of accounting and related coursework
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with global team/end-users
- 1 year experience in customer service and/or a troubleshooting environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities
- Good understanding of computer and software systems
- SAP experience a Plus
- Must be detail oriented and with good analytical skills
Pay Rate: $16.00
