PAID INTERNSHIP – Legal

Position Summary:

The Legal Department Intern will support the Legal Department with a wide range of projects including, but not limited to, drafting correspondence, agreements and UPS forms as well as scanning, copying, filing and organization of department materials. The intern will learn how to take skills they may have acquired in school related to a particular area of interest, and apply them in a professional setting.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist with drafting letters, agreements, emails and any such correspondence on an as needed basis
  • Reviewing previously drafted documents (i.e. agreements) and incorporating requested changes
  • Data entry into Conga program
  • General online research
  • Assist in preparation of agreements to be signed (i.e. scanning uploading, saving)
  • Assist in organization of files

Job Requirements:

  • Current or recent enrollment in an undergraduate degree program
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications

Pay Rate: $16.00
