OSP Construction Manager/Supervisor Oklahoma
We are looking to begin an OSP division to go with ourongoing telecommunications operations in Oklahoma. This will be a start up division having ahuge upside potential for growth for person with the right skills and selfmotivation. You will report to and workclosely with the CEO.
Experienced Outside Plant (OSP) Construction Manager/Supervisor: Telecommunications Construction in the Oklahomaregion. This is a full-time position with the following requirements:
• Must have minimum 2 years related Foreman/Supervisorexperience managing multiple crews and minimum of 5 years OSP(underground/aerial/splicing) construction experience;
• Ability to read and understand prints/diagramsrelated to utility infrastructure and perform necessary paperwork;
• Firm understanding of OSP construction processes(directional drilling, aerial and splicing) from start to finish;
• Provide job-site planning and resourcing tocomplete projects in a timely and efficient manner that adhere to the necessaryquality specifications;
• Ability to perform critical field duties (e.g.operate directional drill and locator) a plus;
• Ability to solve problems in a safe, positiveand efficient manner as and when they may occur;
• Must be willing to travel out of town on aregular basis;
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen;
• Must be professional with the ability tocommunicate well with all levels of personnel and follow direction;
• Perform other duties as directed.
