Years Experience:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ ERP Implementations in Oracle ERP Cloud and minimally 12 – 15 years of experience implementing some combination of relevant Oracle applications with multiple module expertise, as a senior team member or lead role.

Job Summary:
- Primary skill as Oracle Cloud ERP P2P & A2R Modules Functional lead and deep expertise of business processes on Projects, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payables and Procurement module including Sourcing, Self-Service procurement, Contracts
- Desired to have knowledge on procurement contracts, negotiations and agreement
- Responsible for deep dive and cloud map session.
- Responsible for collecting the business process requirement and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Should have worked on many implementation projects.
- Set up, document and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies.
- Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs.
Job Requirements:
- Understand the client pain points A2R and Payables, Procurement, Contracts and provide/configure the best practices followed in accordance with Oracle Cloud ERP system.
- The person should have deep knowledge on conversion areas and map the data from legacy system to Oracle Cloud ERP applications.
- Demonstrate as a senior resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
- Own the process of driving the organization to best practices and strong Functional and Influential skills communicating to senior management and communicating with stakeholders across the organization.
- Proactively identify and communicate messages and updates regarding blockers, dependencies, risks, and status to all stakeholders.
- Ready to configure the Supplier Portal, Punch out and B2B electronic invoices.
- Should train the core project team (Train the trainer)
- Should have worked on many implementation projects.
- Own the process of driving the organization to best practices and strong Functional and Influential skills communicating to senior management and communicating with stakeholders across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Lead development activities in a cross-functional environment, including teams spanning the enterprise and third-party vendors.
- Proactively identify and communicate/escalate messages and updates regarding blockers, dependencies, risks, and status to all stakeholders that impact the Go-Live date.
- Demonstrate strong prioritization and focus skills with multitasking and competing priorities and know how to make the right trade-offs.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $97,900/YR- $ 153,450/YR depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
