Job Title: Office and Administrative Manager

Location: San Jose, California

Salary: $85K-$125K / year, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the San Jose office’s daily operations
  • Mentor, develop, and lead a team of administrative support staff, including all the administrative assistants, executive assistants and front desk staff in the office
  • Oversee facilities and safety management for the San Jose office
  • Monitor and oversee the office’s workflow, ensuring deadlines are met

Requirements

  • Prior experience managing an office AND administrative staff
  • Prior experience managing an entire location or multiple sites by yourself
  • Prior experience performing office and administrative management in a professional services setting, such as a legal, accounting, or architectural firm setting
  • Strong MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite and Google Suite skills
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed, especially during tax season
