Job Description
As the Global Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Security lead, you will play a pivotal role in steering and providing guidance to Carmeuse Group in the area of OT Security. Your responsibilities encompass co-creation of OT cyber security strategy with Global security team, defining OT security standards and guidelines for the entire Carmeuse Group, as well as assisting in implementing these essential OT security controls to align with these standards.
Your role extends to shaping a comprehensive governance and monitoring framework for OT Cyber Security. You will serve as the crucial link connecting corporate IT teams with OT Automation Engineering teams.
Leveraging your extensive knowledge and expertise in OT cyber security architectures and processes, you will facilitate the seamless integration of cyber security measures across the organization. Your contributions will be instrumental in enhancing Carmeuse overall resilience against cyber threats and ensuring the secure and efficient operation of its critical industrial systems.
Responsibilities
- Participates in co-creation of OT cyber security strategy with Global security team
- Leads and coordinates OT cyber security strategy execution
- Actively participates in defining a global level design, as well as leading implementation & operations of cyber security platforms (Asset management, vulnerability management, network security, etc) in the OT environment
- Lead OT security assessments together with (internal / external) OT security experts and OT automation engineering teams
- Define and maintain the OT governance roles & responsibilities policies for the Cyber-security
- Continuous Improvement Program, regularly test the policies and procedures related to cyber security with operations to show the implementation is working or uncover improvements.
- Define OT security standards & guidelines for the Group and advise on defining and implementing OT security roadmaps to adopt the defined OT security guidelines.
- Manage the OT Cyber security awareness training program
- Research and participate in the selection of new IT & OT cyber technologies. This includes partner and technology selection through RFP, Proof of Concept studies, integration into the existing technology and governance landscape and transfer to respective stakeholders.
Basic Requirements
- Master’s degree in field of Industrial automation and/or cyber security, computer science, information technology, a related field, or equivalent
- Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity within an Operational Technology (OT) environment.
- At least 7 years of experiences in the field of IT or OT (with at least 2 years of experience in OT environment)
- Proficiency in information security domains, including policies and standards, risk and control assessments, access controls, regulatory compliance, technology resiliency, risk and control governance and metrics, incident management, vulnerability management.
- Possesses a deep comprehension of the threat landscape associated with network-connected OT/ICS technology.
- Generalist in cyber and information security management who can dive deeper into technical topics if required.
- Demonstrated business skills and cyber strategy with a strong understanding of large and distributed manufacturing organization
- Ability to lead and manage global distributed projects
- Active certifications such as CISSP or CISM or equivalent are desired
- Highly proficient in staying abreast of current IT and OT technological trends.
- Open to travel of up to 30-40%
- Possessing a valid driving license
