Position Description:
CGI is looking for .Net Developers to join our new Knoxville, TN office.

In this role, you will work multi-functional with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow operations.
As a .NET developer with 5-10 years of experience you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing .NET applications using C# programming language and .NET framework.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications using .NET framework and C# programming language.
• Analyzing user requirements and developing software solutions to meet their needs.
• Collaborating with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure that software solutions are completed on time and within budget.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior developers.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to established coding standards and best practices.
• Performing code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with software development standards.
• Solving issues and providing timely and effective solutions.
• Participating in the development of project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Keeping up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
• Ensuring that all code is thoroughly tested before release.
• Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
• Work directly with partners to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
• Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
• Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
We would like to see between 5-10 years of experience working as a .NET developer, with a strong understanding of C# programming language, .NET framework, and object-oriented programming concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
In addition, experience with Agile development methodologies, unit testing, and source control tools such as Git is highly desirable.
• Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs. preferred
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) preferred.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Superior time and project management skills.
• Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
• Ability to work through ambiguous situations.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $84,000 – $165,300.”
