JOB DESCRIPTION
Multi-Family Project Manager
The multi-family project manager will oversee all multi-family projects being completed by Fading West Construction as well as aid in single family projects as needed. The individual that fills this role will help create the standard procedures and outline that will help inform all future Fading West multi-family projects. The ideal candidate Is excited by challenges, highly flexible, and geared towards collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee all project phases of the project including maintaining client relationships, schedules, budgets, and profitability through project completion.
- Attend and participate in meetings with architect, owner, consultants, and others designated regarding design, procurement, risk management, procedures, progress, coordination, scheduling, and other matters concerning Fading West Construction projects.
- Review all modular and non-modular architectural and engineering design documents while providing options regarding building design, MEP systems, structural building systems and assist ownership and design team in vetting these options.
- Prepare estimates of the construction cost based on the design documents at SD, DD & CD levels.
- Coordinate work of subcontractors on various phases of multiple projects
- Provide technical support to site superintendent to ensure safety, quality control and scheduling.
- Responsible for proper administration of contracts, invoicing, permitting and any necessary licensing.
- Maintain willingness to contribute anywhere needed to advance the progress of Fading West Construction projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have and maintain a valid driver license.
- Multi-Family Project Management (2 years)
- Procore experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Project
- Ability to handle adversity and conflict with successful outcomes.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Desire to cultivate healthy team culture.
REQUIREMENTS
- In-Person (this position cannot be performed remotely)
- This role requires signing a confidentiality agreement, intellectual property rights agreement, and non-compete and non-disclosure agreement.
- Reference check that speaks to the positive character of the applicant.
- May be required to regularly stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time, lift or carry more than 50 pounds, climb/balance on stairs or ladders, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Must be competent and comfortable in basic computer skills and navigating modern technology.
COMPENSATION
- Salary Rate Range: $90,000 – $100,000 /year (Rate commensurate with experience)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM
- Fading West rigorously adheres to Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-201(1)
