We are seeking a full-time Executive Legal Assistant to join our fast-growing company and provide high-level administrative support to our Client Relations Director and team members. Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s schedule to ensure their time is spent efficiently
- Contribute to strategic business development
- Prepare and/or review firm documentation, standards, processes, and procedures
- Manage correspondence of executive as needed (emails, calls, texts)
- Draft correspondence and ensure applicable parties receive responses in a timely manner
- Prepare for client and team meetings
- Track agendas, take minutes, and /or document action items
- Follow through on meeting action items
- Research, summarize, and review reports, projects, etc.
- Direct questions from team members to the applicable department or individual
- Provide other administrative support as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant to attorneys or as a paralegal required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- CRM experience preferred
- Startup company experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality
- Must have professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to effectively give, receive, and respond to feedback
- Applicants must be available to work onsite, full-time, Monday – Friday from 8:25 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Benefits
- Annual Salary: $52,000 – $65,000 DOE*
