Title: MicroStrategy Lead
Position Responsibilities
- Lead the BI development work in Tableau. Provide guidance/directions to offshore BI team and review their work.
- Ownership of the analytics work for the Marketing and Sales analytics teams.
- Ability to contribute and provide guidance on the entire Tableau development life cycle.
- Engage in Tableau dashboard architecture/design discussions with client’s Data and Analytics teams
- Collaborate with the Client PM and Analytics Support Group Lead (Cognizant) to define the Cognizant team’s work for every quarter.
- Collaborate with Cognizant Analytics CoE to make recommendations on the best practices guidance for the client.
- Collaborate with the client Data and Analytics teams and the Cognizant Data lead/team to prepare the data to address all their analytics/reporting needs.
- Collaborate with the offshore delivery lead to identify the right resources required for the proposed project activities.
- Provide status and act as the point-of-contact for all the data support for the KCI Marketing and Sales Data & Analytics teams.
- Support all the governance initiatives including documentation of architecture, design, data mapping efforts
Position Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT related experience
- 7+ years MicroStrategy
- Strong technical skills; Tableau MicroStrategy Object Manager
- Strong skills with business stakeholder interactions
- Strong solutioning and architecture skills
- Basic knowledge in Snowflake and unix scripting

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $91,000- $113,000 USD depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
