- This position pays a starting hourly salary of $16 per hour.
- This position is 100% on site.
- Precisely wind fiber around modulator.
- Use of magnifying glass.
- Uses small hand tools.
- Able to use identify and properly use UV equipment and safety PPE.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Able to be at a workstation for extended periods of time, during each scheduled shift (3:30 PM to 12 AM).
- Practice safe operating procedures.
- Keep work area clean, and promptly report all safety hazards.

Minimum Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Characteristics:
- 0 – 1 year of relative or similar experience preferred.
- General soldering experience preferred.
- Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
- Fine hand dexterity.
- Good hand/eye coordination and care required when working with small components.
- Ability to follow procedures.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:

- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
