Beacon Digital Marketing is on the hunt for a contract Marketing Automation Specialist to join our crew of creative geniuses. If you’re ready to be part of a fun, fast-paced, and slightly quirky B2B digital marketing agency, then buckle up because this role is just for you! We’re looking for someone who can rock the HubSpot world, building workflows, wrangling data, and making automation magic happen.
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll be joining our Marketing Technology & Data department where we handle all things tech and data-related. We’re like digital superheroes, saving the day with color-coded spreadsheets and mind-blowing workflows and logic branches. Responsibilities:
- Help our clients unleash the full power of HubSpot by implementing and optimizing marketing automation workflows.
- Build thoughtful lead scoring systems that make it easy for sales teams to prioritize efforts (and other marketers green with envy).
- Dive headfirst into challenging data and automation problems and come out victorious on the other side.
- Collaborate with our team of marketing wizards to ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with other systems and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and find ways to incorporate them into our strategies.
Requirements:
- A deep understanding of HubSpot and its various components-think workflows, lists, forms, and lead routing and scoring.
- Experience with both Pro and Enterprise versions of Marketing, Sales, Service and Ops Hub.
- Experience in implementing and optimizing HubSpot to be simple and organized.
- A knack for problem-solving and an ability to handle complex data challenges without breaking a sweat.
- Strong analytical skills and a love for diving into the nitty-gritty details of data and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and our internal team effectively.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist or a similar role.
- HubSpot certifications that prove you’re the real deal.
- Familiarity with other marketing automation and CRM tools and platforms are a huge plus (Pardot, Pipedrive, Salesforce we’re looking at you!).
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS because we like to sprinkle a little bit of code magic in our campaigns.
