Macmillan Audio seeks an organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the VP of Marketing and marketing department. This fast-paced role includes coordinating advertising, managing marketing meetings, preparing marketing materials, and general marketing-related administrative tasks. In addition to these tasks, the assistant will learn about a variety of marketing responsibilities and be encouraged to share ideas on marketing initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Track advertising deadlines, spend, and invoices
- Prepare materials for weekly and seasonal marketing meetings
- Coordinate audio excerpts
- Create landing pages, sweepstakes, and social media assets
- Participate in brainstorms and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives
- Assist in account support including creation of sales materials and organizing promotions
- General administrative support for the VP of Marketing

Ideal Experience/Education

This role will have an annual salary of $47,500.
