Contract Position

$63.38-$74.57/Hour

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in analyzing product development, complex producibility studies and production/tooling philosophies.
  • Refine, validate, coordinate and implement conceptual designs and manages the program architecture for build.
  • Develop manufacturing plans and oversees plan optimization.
  • Conduct complex producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
  • Resolve complex technical problems. Serves as a project manager to ensure that contract requirements, specifications, design criteria and schedule performance are integrated and maintained.
  • Lead advanced design solutions and supports research of new product or business opportunities.
  • Deploy company Lean Enterprise analysis methods.
  • Document and communicate producibility best practices.
  • Provide guidance to others through structured mentoring.
  • Review and analyze engineering requirements.
  • Author and revise baseline and shop floor work instructions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry combined with 9 + years of relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
  • Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance
  • GOLDesp iG1 (or similar ME planning tools like MES, CAPP, VELOCITY, OWI).
  • CMPro and ENOVIA navigation.
