This position reports to the Sr Director, Global Data Services, IDS, Data Management
What you will do:
- Lead a team of technical resources in support of business requirements to ensure the migration and conversion of Nutrien data into our new SAP+ landscape.
- Act as the conduit between a user group and the IT development teams. Resolves conversion issues/concerns raised during implementation by facilitating discussions with the proper subject matter experts.
- Support the ongoing SAP S4 implementation by hands-on execution of project activities including test scripts, mock cutover, systems integration testing, month-end close rehearsal and defect resolution
- Be responsible for supporting the data extraction, explaining the conversion process, defining data requirements and other activities to prepare for data conversion
- Assist in all aspects of the data conversion process and help prepare system data for conversion to S/4 and other supporting applications
- Lead/direct other members of the conversion team to develop processes and support resource implementation
- Create and automate conversion and migration processes to support and fulfill an ongoing and continuous deployment
- Ensure all audit, security, documentation, and knowledge transfer is fulfilled to acceptable tolerances
What you will bring:
- Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of SAP experience in Finance and Operations
- Global experience as a Lead on multiple large-scale SAP implementations
- Should have experience with data cleansing required for data migrations
- Experience working in SAP S/4 HANA and developing ETL programs using SAP Data Services (BODS)
- Proficiency in SAP load methods (IDOC, BAPI, ABAP, LSMW, LTMC, etc)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in large data sets
- Expert knowledge of data conversion and migration
- Effective with creative solutioning and communication to impact and facilitate resolution of a problem/business issue.
- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work self – guided or as a team with both technical and non-technical staff
- Delivery focus able to deliver against timelines, budget and achieve results
- Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range $97,760 – $134,420. This range is estimated for a Manager in Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our plan(s), which provide discretionary award opportunities reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
