As we enter the next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Manager to shape and operationalize our long term monetization and growth strategy. Reporting into our Sr Director of Monetization and Growth, this person will collaborate closely with our Product teams to determine & implement pricing and packaging for upcoming product launches, provide input into our long term monetization, and provide deep dive analytics on our pricing health. This person will work with leaders across all parts of our business, including (but not limited to!) Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Helping to develop an overarching monetization philosophy that connects our corporate strategy, product strategy, and financial plan
  • Pricing and packaging of new products for Beta and GA, and of existing products where pricing has become outdated
  • Adapting our architecture, value metrics, and price points to reflect our growing portfolio
  • Operationalizing these changes and enabling our teams
  • Iterating our approach thoughtfully, in response to internal and external feedback

While this is a very senior individual contributor role for now, you may also be responsible for crafting a vision for the team, and growing it over time.

Must haves:

  • 3+ years of post-MBA experience in management consulting, pricing or other strategy roles. Alternatively, 7+ years of experience in delivering pricing, go-to-market, and product recommendations that move the needle for the business.
  • Ability to ask thoughtful questions and exercise sound judgment when collaborating with prospects, customers, and coworkers alike
  • Ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines
  • Ability to manage project timelines and influence cross functional collaborators
  • Strong willingness to jump in and roll up your sleeves to get things done

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in management consulting or pricing strategy
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth B2B/vertical SaaS companies
  • Experience with analytics/business intelligence and proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, BigQuery

Base Salary Range: $134,000-$200,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
