We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team at Walmart Local Marketplace, working in a new start-up within Walmart that focuses on e-commerce marketplace for small businesses and fulfillment through Walmart’s delivery network. As a member of our team, you will have a personal focus on optimizing the types of merchants on our marketplace platform and accelerating the growth of our marketplace. This position requires a background in problem-solving, analytics (SQL + Excel), and stakeholder management and used to working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing and interpreting data to provide decision support and insights on current and future business trends. You will manage the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, developing new innovations and tools, and continuously improving selection methodology. You will manage activities and projects that generate seller growth, customer demand, mitigate loss, and allocate or influence budget spending.
Your role will also involve managing the development and improvement of new or existing operations, reporting, and customer & seller facing solutions. You will provide direction and input on project business and product requirements, launch requirements, and provide key insights for complex problems. You will coordinate, complete, and oversee deliverables by building relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, and building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in problem-solving, analytics, and working in an ambiguous but exciting and changing environment. You must also have strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. You should be customer-focused, strategic, collaborative, and able to build strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners.

The annual base salary range for this position is $97,500-$162,500
