Senior Analyst – Walmart GoLocal – Last Mile Delivery

Walmart GoLocal is a newly launched business line at Walmart that offers highly competitive local commerce solutions to retailers, enterprises and SMBs of all sizes and scale. Our core mission is to transform people’s lives by improving proliferation of convenient local commerce services such as local delivery, especially in previously underserved rural and suburban communities.
As part of our growth and expansion to continue as one of the Top platforms, we are looking for an Analyst to join the Walmart GoLocal Onboarding team; where you’ll have the opportunity to work with our cross functional partners to help onboard customers onto our Delivery platform; showcasing the best of Walmart’s values of providing excellent customer service.
What you’ll do:
- Manage various onboarding workflows like discovery, integration, & launch and workstreams related to onboarding new clients
- Manage the delivery of different functions of the E2E Onboarding for various customers within the delivery lifecycle
- Gather customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications for cross-functional partners
- Provide timely response and resolution to support daily operations such as set-up changes and error investigation
- Provide timely and accurate response to client and cross functional team questions or concerns regarding upcoming launches
- Develop and maintain documentation of client engagements and solution-designs
- Identify and track open items, provide timely status update to team and management
- Serve as a subject matter expert for various process and system enhancement projects
Cross-functional Leadership:
- Identify knowledge gaps and lead efforts to define and practice scalable process across all cross-functional partners
- Partner with Engineering, Product and other teams on for critical initiates and tasks on assigned accounts.
You’ll Succeed if:
- You have a proven track record of delivering within medium to large scale technical onboarding/implementation projects/programs
- 2+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions. POS implementation experience is a plus
- You have experience with working with clients, third parties, and/or vendors with a focus of delivering excellent customer service
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have experience in project and/or program management
- Experience in enterprise software, management or IT consulting, project management, customer management, market research, or similar experience. Familiarity with integration technologies like APIs, REST etc is a plus
- You’re passionate about the customer, the service we offer and our joint success
The salary range for this position is $97,500 – 162,500.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
