This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact analytics projects that will directly influence the organization’s top and bottom line through close collaboration with key stakeholders.
The Manager II, Advanced Analytics is a critical thought-leadership role that helps to shape the future of WFS strategy.
High-impact work: This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact analytics projects that will have a direct impact on the organization’s strategy.
Broad scope: This role will work on a wide range of analytics projects across different areas of the organization including planning and forecasting, pricing, transportation, and seller management.
Dive deep into the data: This role will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing performance and financial metrics on all aspects of the business to provide recommendations that will support the organization’s strategic goals.
Cross-functional collaboration: This role will utilize data-driven insights and recommendations to influence key stakeholders within and outside the organization, including Supply Chain Strategy and Operations, Account Management, Product Management, and more.
The right candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in a startup environment. This role is built for a creative problem solver with strong analytics and data modeling skills. Communication and storytelling will also be a crucial part of this role as you work with Senior Leadership and other key stakeholders.

- Creative problem solver: operates with minimal direction, asks the right questions, dives deep into the data, thinks about how to solve problems with limited resources or data available.
- Storytelling with data: helps to prepare and deliver simple and compelling data-driven presentations to communicate analytical stories to influence cross-functional partners (e.g. software engineering, account management, operations) to gain buy-in and typically presents work up to senior leadership.
- Continuous improvement: develops the framework of performance tracking and drives continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: identifies use cases through cross-functional teams across the organization and partners with senior leadership to develop and implement data analysis strategies and anticipate future trends and analysis.

- Problem solving and analysis – operates with minimal direction, dives deep into the data to solve problems, creatively solves problems with limited resources or data available, proactively monitors performance to identify potential problems that need solving.
- Balancing trade-offs – balances a workload of multiple projects and prioritizes as needed, balances competing business goals and strategies in recommendations, balances tradeoffs of short- and long-term solutions.
- Stakeholder management – effectively collaborates and communicates with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization, presents clear and compelling data-driven stories and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
