HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Validate components provided for a work order against documentation, and track start/finish times for their respective stations, emphasizing Accessory lines(BHP, Blue tubing)
  • Assemble product in accordance with work instruction (MOPs) and training, performing within the cycle time range prescribed by Edge System’s manufacturing engineers.
  • Use hand and/or power tools (such as wire stripper, crimper, drills, soldering station) to assemble product or sub-assemblies
  • Work collaboratively or independently as directed to complete tasks, communicating challenges in a professional manner
  • Support Kitting and Accessory areas as necessary to maintain delivery schedule

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • 1-2 year of related experience in the manufacturing environment or High School or equivalent.
  • Mechanical prowess with basic understanding of electronic components.
  • Ability read, understand and follow work instructions (MOPs) and basic diagrams in English as well as verbal instructions to complete assignments in a timely manner.
  • Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to ask questions when assistance or direction is needed.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

(Pay: $20 per hour)

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
