Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking an experienced Executive Officer for our client’s operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Virginia area. Successful candidates in this position will be responsible for identifying people, relationships, and organizations with access to information needed to advance U.S. national security interests, such as disrupting cyber threats, counterintelligence threats, drug networks, illegal arms trade, etc. Also responsible for combining specialized training, advanced analytic skills and tools, and in-depth knowledge of and experience in operational trade craft to identify opportunities to initiate or enhance foreign intelligence and counterintelligence.
Must have personal integrity; exhibit initiative, creativity, and flexibility; apply interpersonal, communications, and problem-solving skills; and demonstrate ability to collaborate, build a network of IC relationships, and continually learn.
Qualifications
Bachelors of Arts or Bachelors of Science – from an accredited college or university – with 8 years of relevant professional experience -OR- High School Diploma and 14 years of relevant professional work experience (within the sponsor’s organization or other relevant Intel Community organization) in lieu of degree.
- Must have a current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- IC experience
- Ability to multi-task to manage time and priorities in a collaborative manner
- Understanding of the Intelligence Community, their partners, and supporting/driving intelligence operational activities and planning.
- Experience and understanding finance, budget planning and budget; ability to maintain com pleteness and accuracy of financial reports and information as required.
- Lifecycle Extensive use of tools specific to the end customer.
- Ability to effectively use Microsot (MS) Office tool suite (word, Excel, PowerPoint, VISIO) and Sponsor communicatons systems.
- Understanding of, and or familiarity with data quality assurance.
Desired:
- Master’s Degree in a business discipline for Senior level personnel
- Demonstrated expertise in Risk Analysis
- Familiarity with customer’s policies and regulations, and ability to effectively develop, communicate and maintain knowledge
- Experience in customer’s primary writing platform
- Experience with organizing and coordinating internal and external partners’ visits to include working with other support entities to enable successful coordination of visits

Salary Range
Salary Minimum: $72,500
Salary Mid: $145,000
Salary Maximum: $181,300
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton’s total compensation package for employees.
