Position Summary:
The Lease & General Accountant is responsible for companywide lease management and analysis as well as performing general accounting duties. This role is responsible for reviewing vendor invoices relating to leased equipment and real estate property to ensure accuracy and compliance prior to payment. This position collaborates with managers and the finance director to closely track spending, ensure company’s compliance with terms and conditions, and manage upcoming renewals through workflow.

- Accounting:Tracks lease management companywide.
- Compliance:Maintains calendar of companywide contracts and leases to ensure pro-active management of upcoming option dates, renewals, terminations or cancellations.
- Administrative Duties:Assists with various administrative reports and duties in the Finance Department.

- Typical starting pay range: $31-40/hr.

- Great Plains experience a plus
Prior Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of accounting work experience or 4 years of accounting work experience in lieu of degree
- Experience analyzing and preparing spreadsheets
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
