The Role: Director of Professional Services Change Management & Onboarding Practice

The Team: We are responsible for post implementation code changes and have oversight on the architectural design for all client onboardings built using EDM and Thinkfolio. We engage with clients in every region and leverage the technology of AWS Cloud.

The Impact: As Director of this team, you will be responsible for managing the global team with regards to day-to-day activities around code changes within EDM or Thinkfolio. You will engage in weekly meetings and ensure the success of every new onboarding project.

What’s in it for you: This is a global leadership role, and you will be engaged with individuals in different time zones working on clients with distinct requirements. You will be on the front lines working with our development in pushing the SaaS technology as we push our products into the cloud. Client engagements with regards to future planning, and onboarding into the cloud will be a continuous opportunity to ensure successful strategies are put in place for each use case. Team expansion is an ongoing process, and you will be asked to hand select the best individuals to manage and mentor. You will be working with Fortune 100 clients, so exposure to multiple lines of leadership will expand your knowledge in their various verticals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate with senior level management on ensuring functional tasks and new onboarding projects are aligned with best practices and executed to completion.
  • Liaison with implementations team during new onboarding to ensure best practices are applied, and the project is meeting deadlines. Onboarding practice requires risk assessment and resourcing are allocated and reported
  • Reporting to executive management and engaging with team members on a weekly basis. One on one direct meetings are required to set subordinates goals and measurable metrics.
  • Tracking and ensuring organization of change requests are being completed with high attention to code quality. Join CAB meetings to have oversight on weekly code releases and enforce code release policies.
  • Coordinate and interact with cloud engineers, DBA, Technical Support, Client Management, Service Leads, and Senior Management.
  • Manage client contracted hours/rates for annual change requests. Level set client expectations, provide senior guidance on code changes, and communicate SOW details to senior managers and consultants.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years client management with clear and professional communication.
  • 5+ years exposure to relational database architecture, Microsoft SQL, and knowledge with writing SQL statements, and complex queries.
  • Required to handle multitasking, issue resolution, escalation management, and have intermediate level knowledge around Microsoft Windows and Server.
  • Amazon Web Service exposure is desired and baseline understanding of functionality and terminology is desired.

Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US candidates):

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan
