Eaton’s Information Technology division is currently seeking a Lead Experience Engineer – End Points to join our team. This position can be based at our Beachwood, Ohio, Moon TWP, PA, Raleigh, NC, Galesburg, MI, Houston, TX Menomonee Falls, WI locations or remotely in the U.S.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $101,250 – $150,000 a year.

What you’ll do:
Lead Experience Engineer for the Infrastructure Value Stream – End User Compute and Mobility (ECM). The Lead Experience Engineer will develop, deploy and maintain technology and platform solutions to address business and technical needs ; They will monitor Value Stream performance against established SLA’s to measure continuous improvement ; They will work with all ECM team members and other Value Stream OPEX Champions to identify opportunities for improvement ; They will lead ECM team efforts to design and implement solutions to close identified gaps in SLA performance ; They will leverage standard IT principals and best practices.
Job responsibilities:
- Follow industry, organization, and ITIL best practices to maximize quality and efficiency.
- You will focus on deployment, maintenance, and support lifecycles of Enterprise endpoint technologies that meet Eaton, project, security, and end user requirements.
- Will be accountable for developing standards and processes for all End User Compute and Mobility products and services that have clear measurables for key metrics and a focus on continuous improvement of the Employee Experience.
- You will document and formalize the support processes for ECM to assist in on-boarding new employee to the team and to help prevent knowledge loss from team exits.
- Will work with ECM and other Value Stream leads to define/analyze/report key metrics for system stability, lifecycle maintenance, and operational goals with a focus on the Employee Experience.
- You will work directly with functional and technical stakeholders to define and prioritize needs.
- Work with vendors to ensure they are meeting Eaton expectations of vendors’ ability to deliver on contractual agreements, provide feedback to improve vendor performance, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement with Eaton on initiatives.
- You will be the primary contact for the Mobility product and responsibility includes, but is not limited to: Mobile Device Management, vendor performance against contract SLA’s, inbuilding service levels, new line activations/deactivations, phone model management/delivery.
- Communicate system maintenance schedules and risks to stakeholders.
- Work with other relevant departments when necessary to diagnose system issues to restore services in a timely manner.
- You will participate is the creation of roadmap, architectural, process, standards, and governance documentation.
- Provide team leadership and technical guidance to less experienced engineers and supporting personnel.
- You will interface with all members of the team to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 8 years of IT experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
