What you’ll do:
- Provide administrative support to the BCDCP and Healthcare Associated Infections/Antibiotic Resistant program staff.
- Answer the main BCDCP phone line and distribute calls to the appropriate program staff.
- Assist in completing, submitting, and tracking of purchase requests and other formal documentation.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of BCDCP meetings and trainings and secure hotel and rental car reservations.
- Supervise one Administrative Support Assistant.
All you need for success:
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate with a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency.
- Three to five years of related office support experience (substitutions may be allowed.)
- Good telephone skills and customer service.
- Well organized and an ability to pay attention to detail.
