IT Triage / IT Support Trainee – Missoula

Position Summary:
Seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our IT support team as a Triage / Support Trainee. In this role, you will be responsible for triaging and managing incoming IT support requests, ensuring that all tickets are appropriately prioritized, escalated and dispatched as necessary.
You will work closely with our experienced IT professionals to learn about our IT infrastructure and systems, and develop your technical skills in areas such as troubleshooting and problem-solving. You will also have the opportunity to provide basic technical support to end-users, gaining valuable experience in customer service.
The ideal candidate with have a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You should be a good communicator, able to articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This is an entry-level position, so we welcome applicants who are recent graduates or individuals who are looking to transition into a career in IT support. We offer comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.

Pay: $16-$19/hr DOE
