We are looking for Full Time IT Support Technician. (Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm) (some Holiday and on call hours may be required)
Primary Purpose
Provide technical support in person to CCRC residents and patients experiencing issues with connectivity, telephony, software, hardware, peripherals, smart devices, and medical technology.
Provide technical support in person to Beaumont residents experiencing issues with connectivity, telephony, software, hardware, peripherals, smart devices and televisions.

Duties and Responsibilities

IT Support Specialist will be providing support to Beaumont residents, business management and staff at the highest customer service and technical level for all aspects of workplace technology services. Which includes user support, smart technology support, television support, Wi-Fi support, network-based systems software and hardware, systems security, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and upgrades.
• Receive and respond to incoming support calls, and/or emails to resolve problems from staff and residents.
• Perform basic system support for IP telephony and unified communications for staff.
• Moves, adds and changes workstations throughout the company.
• Participates in the testing of new workplace technology packages, including remote connectivity products, equipment, implements and tests prototypes, installation quality assurance tests and ensures consistency with standards, protocols, and procedures.
• Ability to create detailed documentation of information technology processes and procedures.
• Responsible maintaining IT asset inventory (computers, mobile devices, etc.)
• Under the direction of Director of Information Technology – learn the emergency call life safety system at Beaumont.
• This position will handle various assignments related to the function of support and will be responsible for other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building.
• Maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving all tangible problems and concerns.

Qualifications/Skills

Technical knowledge of telecommunications, computer hardware and operating systems.
• Experience with computer setup, use, and routine troubleshooting for all staff and residents.
• Working knowledge of O365 and Adobe software.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS – 10/11 and Android systems.
• Working knowledge of Apple OS with ability to support Apple hardware (iPhone, iPad and Macbooks).
• Strong knowledge and experience supporting Apple OS and all Apple products.
• Experience supporting Windows Operating Systems and Office 365 and the MS suite products.
• Communicates effectively and professionally with all residents, staff, vendors, and guests. Ability to listen.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
• Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Education
• High School Diploma Required.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related area, CompTIA certifications or currently pursuing degree in Technology.
Other Duties
• Work on-site at Beaumont.
• Provide on-site support during non-business hours.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Information Technology.
