IT Support Engineer – Dublin, CA
**This is a Part-Time position working 3 days each week from our Corporate Offices in Dublin, CA**

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer.
The IT Support Engineer will solve technical problems and learn new technical skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in hardware and software requests.
- Manage user accounts, user education, and other administrative tasks.
- Analyze and support business application systems and solutions.
- Manage, maintain, and evolve enterprise client management systems such as JAMF
- Troubleshoot technical and configuration issues.
- Be onsite support for office
Skills and Qualifications:
- Enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 1-3 years prior work experience in a help desk environment
- Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, AWS, Okta, CloudFlare, Atlassian Jira/Confluence
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Customer service/hospitality experience, able to work with diverse, multi-cultural teams
- Enjoys troubleshooting technology problems.
- Be a self-starter that can work independently with little oversight
- Able to be proactive in anticipating users’ needs and address these promptly and professionally
- Team player with an eagerness to lend a helping hand in an agile organization
Base salary
The hourly rate for this position is between $34.00 and $45.00 depending upon experience.
