The UX/UI Designer at Panoramic Health will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces. The primary responsibility will be to design and optimize the user experience of our healthcare dashboards (Tableau) and custom care team applications, ensuring they meet the unique requirements of healthcare providers and care coordination teams.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs for healthcare dashboards and custom applications.
- Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Develop intuitive user interface designs that align with user goals and business objectives, while maintaining a consistent and visually appealing brand identity.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user pain points, gather feedback, and iterate designs accordingly.
- Create and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across different applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to implement and refine designs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design, particularly in the healthcare industry, and apply them to enhance the user experience.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion a culture of design thinking within the organization.
Functional and Technical Competencies

- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design, particularly in the healthcare domain.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying user feedback to improve designs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines for designing inclusive user interfaces.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Experience

- Proven experience (3 years) designing dashboards and custom applications used by healthcare providers and care coordination teams.

ACTION ITEM: This role has a salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 and regular, full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid time off (PTO).
