General Purpose

The hiring salary for this position is $48.0523 – $75.6389/hour

$99,948.71 – $157,329/annual.

We offer a hiring bonus of $4,000 to new employees hired from this recruitment. The bonus details will be discussed at the interview and/or offer.

We are currently seeking a talented Information Technology Operations Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional infrastructure services and IT support. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to the design, development, implementation and maintenance of infrastructure services and the IT service desk.

In this role, you will oversee the design, setup, configuration, maintenance and ongoing support of various infrastructure services within the City. You will also coordinate and supervise the Operations division staff, which includes the System Administration Team and Service Desk Team.

Your main priority will be to ensure that all service level commitments are met to both internal and external customers. The hiring range is $52,258.70 – $61,549.13/annually ($25.12 – $29.59/hourly)

PAID TIME-OFF BENEFITS:

  • Holidays: There are 11 paid holidays each year.
  • General Leave: Leave banks are granted to employees after six months of full-time employment. General Leave may be used for vacations, personal business, illness, or other reasons as requested by the employee and approved by his/her supervisor.
