IS Program Manager Service Delivery

This position is hybrid/remote role and and can be based out of Renton, Redmond, or Seattle, WA. Seeking candidates that can come into the office 1-2 times a month and as needed.

Join our Service Delivery Alignment Team in Information Services (IS) where you will lead the service management program, operational improvement efforts, and drive adoption and alignment. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders across Information Services (IS) to analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end processes within and between teams. You will apply strategies and tactics to solve systemic and acute issues to improve operations and communications. Leveraging the IS “Simplify, Modernize, and Innovate” guiding principles, this position provides program leadership to enable the Business of IS to efficiently deliver services across IS teams and to all caregivers across Providence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educ/experience
  • Five years Information Services/Information Technology and/or Healthcare Industry experience.
  • Experience with Project Management methodology based upon project management principles, including experience implementing and facilitating complex decision-making structures among multiple executive stakeholders with varied interests and priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience as a speaker in a professional presentation environment, such as conferences and association meetings.
  • Experience with vendor/contract management and negotiations.
  • Development and execution experience with business development, marketing, communications, financial planning, and benchmarks/metrics in support of improved quality and process design.

  • Master’s Degree

  • Upon hire: Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Upon hire: Lean certification
  • Upon hire: CQIA (Quality Improvement Associate)
  • Six years in the project / program management field.

The salary range listed for this position MIN:$50.17 to MAX:$82.36 per hour is based upon the primary work location Renton, WA posted. This position is hybrid. Salary range and offers are determined by internal pay equity and geographic cost of living differences. Salary rage will vary from State and region. Salary max is limited to 85% range in order to continue to offer internal pay growth. We welcome open and transparent discussions on salary at Providence.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
