Pay Rate Range: $18 – $21 / hour (pay rate dependent on applicable experience)

Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor A/P email inbox on a daily basis
• Prioritize invoice distribution by key vendors, escalating time-sensitive invoices
• Print and distribute invoices to appropriate staff
• Review month-end statements for missing invoices and conduct necessary vendor communication to obtain information
• File physical invoice copies
• Perform backup administrative and payables duties as assigned

• 2+ years invoice administration experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience navigating Microsoft Office products, including Outlook
