The Intern, Customer Service provides administrative support for the department and performs additional tasks as needed for the office.
Responsibilities
- Check all details when receiving customer purchase orders and prepare new customer setup packet for
- Acknowledge receipt of customer purchase orders and confirm terms and shipping instructions
- Enter and process orders within Oracle ERP and/or customer applications
- Own and manager shipping process from initial documents through to distribution and freight carriers
- Process and track billing documents with Credit department

- College student with interest in business administration
- Able to work as a team member and handle projects independently.
