Responsibilities
The Instructor in Electronic Environment Training performs a full range of professional duties which includes developing, coordinating, supporting and teaching electronic education classes for allied health and physician staff at Mayo Medical Center. An instructor provides an assessment of needs, designs curriculum, implements and follows up with an evaluation of courses requested. Instructor provides high level software support for institutional software applications which may include clinical, administrative or computer applications. Instructors design and develop courses. Instructor collaborates with work unit leadership and other Mayo colleagues in IT/CTS and other various department leads.

This position is 100% remote work; can work from anywhere in the U.S.
This is a limited tenure position with an anticipated 2-year assignment.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required preferably in adult education, instructional technology, or training and development, plus 3 – 5 years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in standard productivity software. Independent problem -solving, flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks, strength in project management and effectively prioritize work in a constantly changing environment required.
Demonstrated strong skills in computer platforms, software use, human relations, teaching, curriculum writing, needs analysis, time management, oral and written communications and teamwork.
